how should I clean my leather items?
A damp cloth with a gentle soap that doesn’t leave residue (such as baby shampoo) is good for both the main body and the lining.
Do I need to polish or condition my leather?
To keep leather in pristine condition, you should condition your leather periodically. This will replenish the oils in the leather and it will stay looking newer for longer. Saddle Soap is a great way to condition leather. Simply clean the leather with a gentle soap, rinse, and then apply saddle soap with a cloth. If you do not condition your leather, it will still last decades. However, it will dry out, get lighter in color, and look more aged.
How should I store leather?
Leather doesn’t like sunlight, heat and moisture. Direct sun exposure over a long period of time will dry out and eventually crack the leather. Moisture damages leather by encouraging mold and mildew growth. Allowing your leather bondage gear or jewelry to air dry somewhere with airflow is all that’s needed. Finally, avoid storing your items in a plastic bag.
Are your products metal allergy free?
It depends on which metals you are allergic to. The most common metal allergy is to nickel, which is found in our Nickel (silver toned) hardware. Our gold toned hardware is made of solid brass, and is safe for people with nickel allergies, unless they are also allergic to either copper or zinc.
Do you accept rush orders?
We do not accept rush orders at this time.
Do you offer custom orders or modifications to your designs?
No, we do not. We put a lot of care into our designs and we have chosen to specialize our craftmanship to those particular designs.
Can an item be made to fit a wider range of sizes?
Our standard collars and cuffs have three buckle holes spanning 1″. It may not sound like a lot, but we size them so that the middle hole fits comfortably, with the option to go a little tighter or a little looser. However, should you want a bigger range of sizes, we are happy to add holes.
I have small wrists, what is the best design for me?
Our Petite Collection is made specifically for people with small wrists and ankles.
What does "made to order mean"?
We do not carry stock inventory and instead craft your order once you have placed your order. This approach may take a little longer, but the result, a one of a kind piece made to your exact measurements, is worth it.
