Return Policy:

We do not accept returns or refunds on any of our items because of the nature of their use. We do, however, offer exchanges. To qualify for an exchange, there must be a problem with the order; it must be unused, and Dr Leather Mr Hide needs to be notified within 48 hours of delivery of the product.

Quality Guarantee

If you believe that your item is defective, please contact us at Dr@DrLeatherMrHide.com and attach pictures of the issue, if possible. We will evaluate the claim and if the defect is a manufacturing error, we will replace the item free of charge.

Exchanges Due to Sizing Errors

If we make a sizing error, we will replace the item at our cost. To receive your replacement, email us at Dr@DrLeatherMrHide.com.  We will then advise you on the next steps to receive your replacement. Please allow 1.5 weeks for construction.

In the event that a piece doesn’t fit because the wrong measurements were dictated at the time of the order, we will still offer to replace the item. However, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost both ways.

Turn-Around

Once the order has been confirmed please allow up to two weeks for construction and 2-3 more days for domestic shipping, or 6-10 more days for international shipping.

Repairs

We’re happy to attempt repair on any pieces that have been subjected to normal wear within one year of purchase. Email Dr@DrLeatherMrHide.com with an explanation of what needs repairing and we’ll let you know if we think repair is possible. In most instances, we will charge a small fee to cover return shipping. However, if the repair needed is more major, the cost of shipping will be determined on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to deny any request due to evidence of abnormal wear and tear on the piece.
